Product overview

TSD60 xx is a multi-channel temperature collector. It provides 32-way, 24-way, or 16-way

temperature collecting channels and supports PT100 sensor access. It support 1-way uplink

RS485 communication serial port, uses standard Modbus RTU protocol communication, and

supports 485 bus use for up to 8 devices.

With industrial-grade design, the temperature collector can work stably for a long time at -

20~125°C. It has the features of fast temperature collection response, accurate temperature

collection, stable work at high temperature and multiple collection channels, and the function of

collection channel open circuit and short circuit alarm, which is convenient for fault location and production efficiency improve

Common faults

During device use, some faults may occur, and the user can restore the normal operation

of the device according to the faults and solutions listed below. If the problem cannot be solved,

please contact our after-sales service.

Power failure

Fault: the panel indicator lights are not lit after power-on.

Solution:

1. Check whether the power cable is connected and is in good contact with the terminal.

2. Check whether the positive and negative poles of the power cable are reversed.

3. Use a multi-meter to measure whether the input voltage is in the specified voltage range

(9~36V DC).

Communication failure

Fault: RS485 communication failure

Solution:

1. Check whether the device parameters are configured correctly.

2. Check that the indicator lights on device panel display correctly.

3. Check whether the communication wiring is correct, if yes, check whether the

communication parameters are configured correctly.

4. Check whether the address of the 485 dial switch is the same as the communication

address of the upper computer.

The collection temperature is abnormal

Fault: the collection temperature is abnormal

Solution:

1. Check whether the temperature sensor is wired correctly.

2. Check whether the terminal is tightened and not loose.

3. Check whether the temperature sensor is in good contact with the object under test.

4. Check whether the temperature sensor is supported by the collector.

5. Check whether the register address read by the upper computer is correct.
